“I’ve just completed my annual virtual Business Analysis Summit, with over 1500 participants from 50 countries taking part. Usually I’d be a complete wreck at the end, exhausted and ready to collapse in a heap after the Summit week and getting up very early to do all the admin.

This year, it’s been a dream as I’ve had Christine to support me as my virtual assistant. She’s taken on a complete revamp of the Summit website, leading to comments about the lovely, fresh, new look. She has taken over all the routine parts: informing everyone each morning, updating the session web page each day etc. Everything has run like clockwork. Christine has also checked to make sure that everything was perfect before going to participants. I’m delighted. Plus Christine is such a nice person to deal with that even discussing admin is a pleasure. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that before!”
